高校图书馆必须围绕信息用户需求开展服务工作。分析了当前高校图书馆信息用户需求的特点,总结了进行用户信息需求调查的方法与途径,最后指出高校图书馆必须创新服务模式以满足用户需求,并提出了几条创新举措。

Libraries in colleges must focus their work on the demand of information users to improve their services. The paper analyzes the features of information users＇ demand to college libraries nowadays, sums up the methods and approaches of investigation, points out that libraries in colleges must innovate in their service patterns to satisfy users＇ demand and brings forward several innovative measures.
