摘要
网上证券交易代表着当今证券经纪的主方向。它在为证券公司带来无限商机的同时,也提出了如何确保投资者交易安全的问题。本文从网上证券交易的涵义、网上证券交易存在的主要风险、风险发生后经纪券商与投资者的风险承担规则等几个问题进行了分析与论述。
