摘要
沥青混凝土摊铺机熨平板作业性能的好坏直接影响路面摊铺的质量。从摊铺机的摊铺机理分析入手,分析了熨平板的工作原理、受力和运动进行分析,从理论上分析了熨平板的自找平特性,分析了影响摊铺质量的因素,为实现路面平整度的摊铺技术提供了理论依据。
The performance of Asphalt Paver attachment has direct impact on the quality of road paving. In this paper, the working principle of force and motion of attachment has been analyzed from the mechanism of Asphalt Paver, and the self-smooth characteristic of attachment has been discussed in theory. Finally, the factors that affect the quality of the paver have been studied. All of these provide a theoretical basis for achieving this flatness of the road paving technology.
