摘要
本文从推导滚筒式采煤机截齿的齿尖运动轨迹入手,对齿尖的运动速度,速度瞬心,截割包角,截齿的切削厚度及工作前、后角的变化加以推导和分折,并得出了结论:在截割过程中,截齿截割煤体的工作包角略大于180°;截齿的截割厚度随滚筒转角而变化,其最大值的位置各低于轴心线;截齿的工作后角比设计后角变小,因此截齿的设计后角应大于后角的最大变化量。
The kinematic tract of a shearer bit is developed upon the basis of which are obtained the velocity of the bit, the nevelope angle of cutting and the varations of cutting depth, bit orthogonal rake and clearance in a working cycle. And conclusions are drawn that, in a working cycle, the evelope angle of cutting is slightly greater than 180; the depth of cutting varies with the revolution angle of the shoarer, maximizing when positioned slightly below the axis$ and the bit orthogonal clearance angle, slightly less in working than designed, should be designed greater than its maximum variation in the cutting cycle
