复方磷酸可待因口服溶液应用于呼吸系统疾病的临床疗效观察

Cofetol Cough Syrup for Treatment of Respiratory Disease

目的:观察复方磷酸可待因口服溶液对呼吸系统疾病的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:70例门诊呼吸系统疾病患者每日口服复方磷酸可待因口服溶液,每次10ml,每日3次,持续时间一周,每天记录咳嗽、痰量和肺部湿罗音或哮鸣音变化,所有用药前及疗程结束后检查血、尿常规、肝肾功能、心电图,并记录不良反应。疗效评定:按照中华人民共和国卫生部药政局制定的"镇咳平喘药物临床研究指导原则"进行症状及疗效判断。结果:70例均可评价疗效,其中,咳嗽有效率93.87%,咳痰有效率87.27%,总显效28例,有效34例,总有效率为89%在统计学上有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:复方磷酸可待因口服溶液是一种治疗呼吸系统疾病止咳有效而且安全的药物。

Objective： To observe the efficacy and the side effects of Cofetol in the treatment of respiratory disease. Methods： Seventy out -patients were treated with Cofetol （10ml rid） for one week, recorded the variety of cough, phlegms and moist rales or sibilant every day. To test blood, urine normal regulations, liver kidney function, electrocardiogram before and after treatment, and record the side effects. The assessment of treatment was according ＂Clinical research guideline of antitussives and antiasthmatic drugs＂ by the People＇s Republic of China hygiene department medicine political situation. Result： Seventy cases all could be assessed. The response rates were 93.87% in cough, 87.27% in phlegms, the total validity rate was 89%, it was statistical significance（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Cofetol cough syrup was a good and safe drug for respiratory disease.
