The Peri-operative Nursing of Cervical Vertebra Anterior Operation in Patient with Cervical Vertebra Fracture and Dislocation

目的:研究及探讨颈椎骨折脱位前路内固定围手术期护理特点。方法:对28例颈椎骨折脱位前路内固定手术患者围手术期护理进行观察和分析。结果:颈椎前路减压内固定融合术,经术前充分的准备、术中很好的配合、术后正确的功能练习,除1例因脊髓横断需进一步恢复功能外,其余患者均治愈或基本治愈出院。结论:颈椎骨折脱位前路内固定围手术期护理是保证手术成功的关键因素,对预防并发症,加速病人康复有着重要的意义。

Objective： To study the features of peri, operative nursing in patient with cervical vertebra fracture and dislocation by anterior cervical approach. Method： We observed and analyzed 28 patients with cervical vertebra fracture and dislocation which had peri- operative nursing. Result： Most of the patients had excellent results by conducting fully preparation pre -operations, good matching during operations and functional exercise post - operations, except one patient needed to further functional recover because of the spinal cord transsection. Conclusion： Peri - operative nursing is a key factor in patient with cervical vertebra fracture and dislocation. It has significant meanings in preventing postoperative complications and promoting recovery.
