涂镀层厚度检测方法的发展现状及展望 被引量:24

摘要 准确测量零件表面涂镀层的厚度,对保证表面涂镀层的性能和节能节材具有重要的作用。目前采用的涂镀层厚度测量方法主要有电量法、电解法、磁性/涡流测厚法、X射线测厚法、超声波测厚法以及光学测厚法等。对各种涂镀层厚度测量方法的测量原理、适用范围以及发展现状进行了综述,探讨了涂镀层厚度测量未来的发展。指出,进一步提高厚度测量精度、加速便携式涂镀层测厚仪器和涂镀层厚度在线测量的研发应为涂镀层厚度测量的主要发展方向。 A review is given on current status and prospect of the methods for measurement of the thickness of coatings.Noting the extraordinary importance of accurate measurementof coating thickness in assuring the performance of coatings and saving materials and energy as well, currently available methodsincluding electricity quantity method, electrolytic method, magnetism/eddy flow method, X - ray method, supersonic wave method, and optical method are briefed. And the principle, applicability,and latest progress of different measuring methods for coating thickness measurement are highlighted. Moreover, the developingtrend of the methods for coating thickness measurement is also discussed. It is suggested that focus be placed on increasing accuracy and accelerating research on portable type apparatus and on-line operation of coating thickness measuring in future.
