油管钛钽合金纳米重防腐蚀涂层的性能评价 被引量:1

Evaluation of Nano-Ti-Ta Alloy/Epoxy Resin Anticorrosive Coating on Oil Pipes via Various Field Tests

摘要 对一种新型的油管钛钽合金纳米环氧树脂重防腐蚀涂层技术进行了常规性能检验、高温高压动态腐蚀试验、电化学交流阻抗测试、管流中试试验等一系列中试评价。结果表明,该技术常规性能检验项目全部符合相关标准,并且在高温高压及管路流动条件下均具有较为优异的防腐蚀及阻垢性能,在保证涂敷工艺与施工质量的前提下具有较为广阔的应用前景。 A series of field tests including routine performancetesting, high-temperature and high-pressure dynamic corrosive test, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy measurement,and pilot test in the presence of flowing fluids in pipes were carried out to evaluate the performance of a new type nano-Ti-Ta alloy/epoxy resin anticorrosion coatings. Results indicated that the coating was qualified in terms of various properties tested according to relevant national standard methods. And it had good anticorrosionbehavior and was capable of inhibiting scales at high-temperatureand high-pressure or in the presence of flowing fluids in pipes. Hopefully, the coating would find promising application underconditions of ensured painting process and reliable operation.
