国内外医患关系现状的比较与分析

A Comparison and Analysis of the Present Status of Doctor-patient Relationship in China and Abroad

我国的医患关系现状一直是社会关注的焦点。笔者利用文献法、比较法和社会调查等方法,分析和比较了国内外医患关系现状,可以发现国内外医疗保障制度的差异,医疗监督、风险管理制度的不同,医疗行业的定位不明确和医生待遇低,双方沟通不够,缺少信任等都使得医患关系状况差别很大。这是我们在研究医患纠纷处理机制时必须考虑的。

China＇s status of doctor - patient relationship has always been the focus of social concerns. Through literature review, comparison method and social investigation, this paper analyzed and compared the different status of doctor - patient relationship in China and abroad, and then pointed out that these gaps are related to many factors, such as the differences of medical security systems, the differences of medical supervision and risk management systems, the obscure location of medical industries, doctorg low salary, inadequate communication between doctor and patients, and patientg mistrust of doctor, etc. All of these conditions should be considered while studying a medical dispute treatment mechanism.
