我国的医患关系现状与国外差别很大,研究表明,造成差别的原因主要有卫生保障体制、利益分配机制、行业管理制度、患者期望与素质等。要缓解医患关系的矛盾,应当从不同层面着手,除了逐步解决制度层面的问题外,在工作机制层面也应当借鉴国外成功的经验。

The status of doctor - patient relationship in China differs greatly from that abroad.
