国民医疗保险、社会医疗保险、商业医疗保险和强制储蓄账户制医疗保险是世界上四大代表性医疗保障制度模式。通过对其进行系统分析和比较研究,提出完善中国医疗保障体系的政策建议。

There are four typical models of medical security around the world, namely National Health Services, Social Medical Insurance, Market - oriented Medical Insurance and Individual Saving Medical Security. On the basis of systematical analysis and comparative study, the paper puts forward a few policy suggestions for Chinese medical security systems.
