摘要
目的了解汶川地震后灾区居民的精神卫生状况,为灾后重建工作中的心理治疗提供方向和科学依据。方法对北川县两个受灾乡镇193个居民的精神卫生状况进行抽样调查,用EpiData进行数据录入用SPSS12.0进行统计分析。结果灾民精神卫生损害相当严重,整体状况不容乐观,受灾程度越大,精神损害程度越大,主要表现在压力加大、失眠以及生活不快乐等方面。结论改善灾区灾民的精神状况是灾后重建工作的一个重要部分,在了解了灾区严重的精神损害情况后,应选择适当措施对灾区居民实施心理治疗,以恢复灾民的精神健康。
Objectives To find out the status of mental health of the residents in the disaster area after Wenchuan earthquake, and to provide the scientific basis for mental therapy in the rebuilding work. Methods The method of sample survey was used to study the status of 193 residents in two towns in BeiChuan; the data was input by EpiData software and analyzed by SPSS12.0 software. Results People in the disaster area are suffering from serious mental damage. The bigger disaster the districts experienced, the more serious mental hurt people in these districts were suffered from, which was shown by bigger pressure, the symptom of insomnia and unhappiness of living and etc. Conclusions Improving the mental status of residents is a significant part of the rebuilding work. After knowing the situation of the mental status of people in the disaster areas, we should use reasonable methods to treat the victims and help them recover mentally.
