湖北省农村医疗机构住院抗菌药物使用情况分析

A Study on the Antibacterial Drug Use among Inpatients of Rural Health Sectors in Hubei Province

通过对湖北省农村医疗机构住院抗菌药物使用情况的调查,发现在我省农村仍存在抗菌药物使用率过高、单处方抗菌药物种类过多、细菌药敏试验开展不足等不合理用药问题,并针对这些不合理问题提出相关政策建议。

Through the survey of the antibacterial drug use of inpatients in rural health sectors in Hubei province, we found some problems in antibaterial drug use in hospitals ： the high rate of antibaterial drug use, a prescription with too many kinds of antibacterial drugs and inadequate antibacterial drug sensitivity test. In view of these problems, we put forward some corresponding proposals to promote rational use of antibacterial drugs in rural health facility.
