谈有效实现高校共青团工作对青年学生的影响

落实胡锦涛总书记提出的"使基层组织网络覆盖全体青年,使团的各项工作和活动影响全体青年"的要求,是全团履行好团的根本职责和基本功能的前提。当前高校落实"两个全体青年"的要求有着来自社会变革、高校改革、青年变化等方面的挑战,必须在实践中始终不渝抓住根本职责不放,与时俱进配合学校改革,以人为本教育引导学生,更新、提升高校团组织的组织、动员和活动方式。
