大学生参与管理是指大学生从高校正式的组织机构中分享一部分管理权,在参与高校的发展计划、决策、资源协调等工作中,推进高校管理的制度化、科学化和民主化。大学生参与管理是高校和谐治理与民主政治建设的重要切入点。实现大学生对高校管理的有序参与,需要更新教育管理理念,健全教育管理制度,促进高校组织职能转换,提高大学生组织的自治能力和水平。

In order to make the university management more systematic, scientific and democratic, college students share part of the rights and participate the management of development planning, decisionmaking and coordination etc. College students＇ participation in management is the point of penetration to build harmonious and democratic campuses. We should update the concept and the system of educational management, promote conversion of colleges＇ organizational functions and improve college students＇ capacity of self- government.
