以色列对本国阿拉伯公民政策思想之评析 被引量：1

Analysis on the policy guidelines of Israel towards its arab citizens

摘要 为了深入理解阿拉伯人在以色列二等公民的身份地位,探讨以色列政府对阿拉伯人政策的指导思想是十分必要的。以色列是一个犹太人的国家;以色列是一个民主国家;以色列是一个高度关注安全的国家构成了其对阿拉伯人政策的三大指导思想。这三大指导思想在相辅相成、共同作用的同时,也显露出其内部的深刻矛盾。这些矛盾如得不到解决,必将给以色列的未来发展带来不利的影响。 In order to deeply understand the second - class position of Arabs in Israel, it is necessary to explore Israel＇s policy guidelines toward its Arab citizens. Israel as a Jewish state,a democratic state and a state with deeply -rooted security needs to constitute three major pillars of Israel＇s policy. While the three guidelines supplement each other and work together, it is obvious that there are deep contradictions among them. If these can not be resolved, they will hinder the future development of Israel.
