警示训诫防线作为预防腐败的一种制度创新,是介于思想道德防线与党纪国法防线之间的第三道防线。它根植于马克思主义人学理论,蕴涵着丰富的人学内涵,彰显出执政党以人为本的人文关怀。对人的发展的关注是贯穿其中的一根主线。构建警示训诫防线的本体论前提在于,人是处于特定社会历史条件下的矛盾体,即人是自然性与社会性、统一性与多样性、现实性与超越性的对立统一体;构建警示训诫防线的认识论依据在于,人是能够不断进行自我反省和自我改造的实践主体;构建警示训诫防线的历史观归宿是人的自由全面发展。

As an innovation system, the guard line of warning and admonition is the third between the two lines of morality and the Party＇s discipline and State law. It is rooted in the theory of Marxist humanism with rich connotation showing great concern of the ruling Party and State for the people ,which constitutes the mainstay for the development of man and society. The premise of ontology for building a guard line of warning and admonition lies in that human beings are an entity of contradition under certain circumstances, that is man is a unity opposites of nature and society, unity and variety as well as reality and transcendence. The theoritical ground for building a guard line of warning and admonition is that man is able to make self- introspection and self- remodeting. The ultimate aim of this policy is to make man develop all -sidedly.
