汽车正面碰撞乘员侧约束系统优化算法 被引量:1

Establishment and optimization of the passenger occupant restraint system of automotive frontal crash

摘要 利用MADYMO软件建立了乘员约束系统的模型,而且该仿真模型在实验中得到验证。利用MADYMO软件对建立好的模型进行求解,再把计算的值导入HYPERVIEW软件里进行分析。模型经过验证后与试验数据相比较符合要求,利用验证后的模型对约束系统的参数应用正交试验设计的方法进行了优化。利用模型验证,剖析了该车型乘员约束系统保护性能特点,并利用Mode FROTIER软件对其进行了参数灵敏度分析,找出了若干影响乘员的敏感参数。之后,利用Mode FROTIER进行优化。 The general process for establishing the side restraint model of frontal collision by MADYMO software was introduced, and the simulation was proved by experiment. Utilizing MADYMO software to solve the model that was completed well, the values that were calculated and were analyzed in the software HYPERVIEW. The validated model was compared with data in test, which was in requirement. Then, optimization was made of orthogonal experiment design by applying parameters resulting from the validated model on restraint system. Utilizing the model proved, the performance characteristic of this style passenger's restraint system are clarified. Using mode FROTIER software to analyze the parameter's sensitivity, several passengers' sensitive parameters were found, then to optimize utilizing Mode FROTIER.
