摘要
论述了扇型板加工工艺及改进措施,把工件以垂直状态放入加热炉,有效的降低工件在热处理过程中的变形,将齿部加工放在第一道工序,减少了因应力变化引起的工件变形对后续加工的影响,采用普通刀具加进口刀具的方法,保证了T形槽表面的粗糙度要求。
New machining process and modified methods for sector plate production are introduced in the paper. The part put vertically in the heat stove can decrease the distortion during heat treatment. The gear tooth machining as the first work step reduces the distortion in result of stress and thus decreases the impact on the next machining steps. Machining with conventional plus import tool ensures the T-slot surface finish demands.
