摘要
运用访谈、问卷调查、探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析等方法探讨了我国企业员工心理授权的结构维度;进而运用回归分析法,对心理授权各维度与员工创新行为的关系进行了探讨。结果显示:(1)我国企业员工的心理授权结构包括自我决策、工作价值、自我效能、目标内化等四个维度;(2)心理授权与员工创新行为之间存在显著相关。
This study explored and confirmed the structure of psychological empowerment of Chinese enterprise staff with the methods of exploratory factor analysis. Then, regression analysis was used to study the influence of psychological empowerment on correlative variables. The results showed. (1)The structure of psychological empowerment of Chinese enterprise staff comprises four factors, self- determination, job value, competency, and goal internalization. (2) Psychological empowerment influenced staff innovation behavior.
