Culture Influence in the Development of Farmer's Cooperation Organization in Western China

我国西部地区农村正处于社会经济结构的剧烈转型中,传统农业文化的惯性对农民经济行为和农民合作经济组织发展造成一定影响。要改变农民的价值观念和行为,应该彻底改变农民在政治、经济、社会参与中的边缘性倾向,改善农村的社会经济基础,逐步引导农民形成勤劳、自助、合作、自律等行为理念,建立农村生产生活新秩序。

In the western of China, reform of rural economic structure were going, but the development of the peasants＇ economic action and farmers cooperative economy organization were influenced by the traditional agricultural culture. To change the values and behavior of farmers, the marginal situation of farmers in the political, economic, social participation should be completely changed, and the rural socio-economic should he improved. To establish the new order of production and life in the rural area, the farmers should be gradually guided to form the hard-working, self-help, cooperation and self-discipline philosophy.
