The Translations of British and American Literature Published by Three Chinese Magazines During the New Period

本文考察了我国当代三家外国文学期刊——《世界文学》、《外国文艺》和《译林》,包括它们出现的时代背景、译介内容和重点、各自特点以及所发挥的作用,并对新时期中国大陆通过期刊对英美文学的翻译情况做出大致的总结。

This paper investigated three contemporary Chinese magazines of foreign literature, namely, World Literature, Foreign Literature and Arts and Translations, including their initialization, focus of investigation, characteristics and achievements. We also summarized the British and American literary works translated into Chinese during the New Period.
