探索地方高校教师队伍建设新路径——以石家庄学院教师挂职锻炼的实践为视角

Exploring New Methods of Development of Teaching Team in Local Colleges——Based on the testing exercise of teachers in Shijiazhuang College

当前我国地方高校改革步伐正在稳步推进,笔者认为高校改革的成功以及高等教育的发展离不开一支结构优化、素质优良、创新能力强的教师队伍。本文以石家庄学院教师地方实务部门挂职锻炼尝试为背景,探讨地方高校教师挂职锻炼的意义及其制度构建,以作当下各方对此问题研究之参考。

At present local colleges and universities are making steady progress in reform and the success in reform in colleges and universities as well as in the development of higher education can not be achieved without constructional optimization, good quality and high motivation from a teaching team. Based on the trial through which teachers of Shijiazhuang College are sent to work with their duties at local colleges, the article explores the meaning of the trial and the construction of the system, which provides some reference to the related research.
