摘要
三聚氟氰和H酸在0-6℃,pH为1.5-2.0的条件下进行缩合反应,再与邻氨基苯磺酸的重氮盐加以偶合,得到母体染料,将母体染料与对位酯进行二次缩合,得到C.I.活性红240的改性产品.这种含氟异双活性基团的新型活性染料,具有高色牢度、高固色率、高匀染性、对染浴变化不敏感、重现性好的特点,尤其是湿处理牢度更加优异,具有较大的研究和开发价值.
Cyanuric fluoride was reacted with 1-Amino-8-napnthal-3.6-disuhonic acid at 0--6℃, pH = 1.5 - 2.0, for 2 - 2.5 hours to give condensate Ⅰ. Then, coupled with diazonium salts ofo-Aminobenzenesulfonic acid to give a condensate Ⅱ, Ⅱ was condensed with 4-(2-sulfatoethylsulfonyl) niline to give modified product of C. I Reactive Red 240. These novel reactive dyes containg iso-bifunctional group had good color fastaesses, fixation, leveness, less sensitivity to bath ratio and good reproduedivity,especially excellent wet fastaess. They provide potential values in research and developments.
