A Study on ERP and Financial Management

ERP是企业的资源计划系统,企业实施ERP能扩大财务管理的内容,优化管理模式。但ERP的使用也出现了与管理要求不相适应,发展不平衡和要求有高素质财务人员等新问题。据此应采取提高财务人员素质,提升企业资金管理水平、财务分析预测与决策能力等对策。

ERP stands for Enterprises＇ Resource Planning system, which helps enterprises enlarge financial management contents, optimize management model. But it may happen in its using process that ERP doesn＇t comply with the requirement of the management, such as the unbalanced development and the low-quality of the accountants. To meet the need of the system, we should take actions to enhance the accountants＇ quality, improve the ability in management, analysis and decision making.
