常用埋入式静力传感器的力学传递性能及数据处理

摘要 本文通过对常用的钢弦式钢筋计、钢弦式砼应变计和差动式砼应变计的砼模型试验,着重对介质与传感器的变形协调问题和元件的率定及测试数据的转换处理方法进行了分析和研究。结果表明:对于测试元件必须具有稳定的工作性能和合理的结构尺寸,对于复杂受力状态下的应力型传感器,应通过“贴片率定法”将其转变为应变型后使用,并采用广义虎克定律进行数据转换处理,而“常用率定法”仅适用于简单受力状态下的数据处理。 On the basis of concrete modelling experiments with some commonly-ued types of internal static transducers ( string-vibrating steelrib stress transducer, string-vibrating concrete strain transducer and differential concrete strain transducer), analysis and study are made chiefly of the deformational compensation between transducer and medium and the converting and processing methods of the data. As indicated by the results,transducers have to be of a good reliability and reasonable size, and a stress transducer in a state of multiple stresses has to be turned into a strain type before it can be used as such and the data can be processed by the generalized Hooke Law, instead of the standard converting method which is applicable only to data undel uniaxial stresses
