班主任作为大学生思想教育和管理工作的主要领导者和实施者,对大学生成才起着至关重要的作用。而针对80后学生,如何把握其成长特点、教育规律、学业方向等,是做好班主任工作的关键。作者通过自己的亲身体验,阐述了做好班主任工作的体会。
As a chief leader and executer of college students ideological education and management work, class supervisor plays crucial function in students＇ achievement. The essay stated perception of being class supervisor via personal experience in accordance with post- 80 student＇s educational regulation, academic orientation that proved key roles of being a class supervisor.
