涉法涉诉信访是信访案件中比较特殊的一类。尽管近年来,我国各级司法机关充分重视对涉法涉诉信访案件的解决,但是政策鼓励与体制压制之间的矛盾、总量不少与解决有限之间的矛盾仍然存在。突破这一困境的出路在于正确看待涉法涉诉信访现象,严格界定其受理范围并依法解决相关问题。
