摘要
跳汰机操作因素的确定直接影响到产品的产率和质量。文本利用XZTT—120/240×800型跳汰机进行了实验,建立了精煤的产率及灰分与跳汰机的溢流堰高度、冲程、冲次、给水量及给煤量的关系,用计算机算出了给定灰分条件下的最佳操作制度及最高产率,并验证了它的优越性。
Direct effects are exerted on the yield and quality by the determination of factors involved in jigging operations. Experiments are conducted on an XZTT120/240×800 Jigger. And dependence is established of clean coal yield and ash content upon overflow weir height, amplitude and frequency of strokes, water requirement and feed capacity. The equations obtained are employed on the computer, and the optimum operation and the maximum yield for a give ash content are determined and proved advantageous
