摘要
随着翻译研究的"文化转向",译者主体性越来越受到人们的重视,对译者的研究不再停留在从语言层面来评价其译作的得失,而是从文学、文化层面来评析他们的文学、文化贡献。译者主体性的发挥,不再被看成是对原作不负责任的改写,而是其个人经历、自身的双语文化能力、翻译动机、时代背景等因素对其产生影响的具体表现。寒山诗是我国唐代诗人寒山所创作的诗作,自从被译介到美国后出现了多个版本。而在众多的英译本中,加里.斯奈德的译本最为成功。在翻译寒山诗时,加里.斯奈德的译者主体性贯穿于整个翻译过程,从对译本的选择、译本的理解、译本的表达到译著序跋无处不体现了其译者主体性对翻译的影响。
With the "cultural turn" in translation studies, translators' subjectivity has gained more and more attention. Among various English versions of Cold Mountain Poems, Gary Synder's has been the most successful and has exerted the greatest influence. When translating Cold Mountain Poems, the translator's subjectivity of Gary Synder is manifested during the whole course of translation.
