摘要
中国南方电网公司提出了"十一五"期间逐年降损目标,并选择一批地级供电局作为试点开展线损"四分"精细化管理实践工作。茂名供电局根据自身实际,围绕管理机制、管理措施、技术措施三方面建立线损精细化管理体系。经过几年的实践,这一管理体系得到不断完善,并在实际降损工作中取得成效。
A target of reducing Line loss year by year in the eleventh five-year was put forward by China South Grid (CSG). CSG selected some regional power supply bureaus as pilots to begin the practice of meticulous management based on four-ins line loss. Based on its own reality, Maoming Electric Power Supply Bureau created a meticulous management system of line loss assoeiatod with management mechanism, management measures and technical measures. Based on several years' practice, the management system obtained constant perfection and got good results in the practice of reducing loss.
