This article has analyzed the existing defects of unclear property rights, tariff arrears and potential safety hazard of original power supply pattern in the comprehensive buildings, discussed and submitted requirements and modest determination of a new electric power supply way, implemented household power supply in the building, induced and summarized the profit that the new supply way may bring to the tariff charge, standardization and refinement management in electric power supply enterprises.
