Community Employment: An Important Way of Re-employment

就业是民生之本,解决下岗失业人员再就业是一个关乎社会稳定的重要问题。随着我国经济体制转轨过程中下岗、失业问题的加剧,社区就业逐渐成为再就业的主渠道。从社区就业的特点入手,结合社区建设实践分析社区就业存在的问题,并提出拓展社区就业的对策,以真正实现社区就业的功能。

Employment has a vital bearing on the people＇s livelihood. It is crucial to solve laid-offworkers re-employment. As the aggravation of laid-off, the unemployment problem in the course of transformation of the China＇s economic system, Community employment has gradually become the main channel for re-employment. This article starts with the characteristics of community employment, then tries to expand community employment measures based on the practical construction of community existed, and puts forward some strategies on the expanding of the community employment so as to truly realize the function of community employment.
