摘要
建设和谐社会是一项庞大而复杂的社会系统工程,涉及方方面面观念的转变和制度的更新。建设社会主义和谐社会既顺应了我国改革发展的客观需要,又体现了广大人民群众的根本利益和共同愿望。建设社会主义和谐社会,要坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调和可持续的科学发展观。与此同时,只有在实践中落实以人为本,保护人民群众的基本人权等,才能真正构建民主法治、公平正义、安定有序的社会主义和谐社会。
The impoverished university students have psychological contradictions which represent in some conflicts： the conflict between the ideal and the physical, between security needs and the needs of attribution, and between the sense of loneliness, self-esteem and psychological inferiority. Universities should strengthen the ＂spirit of financing＂ for the impoverished university students, integrate the solution to financial difficulties and ideological education together, improve the ability of the impoverished university students in establishing a business, meet their needs in communicating and belonging, and enhance their self-efficacy in campus activities.
