战略视角下高校教学管理运行机制的建立

On the Establishment of an Operational Mechanism of Teaching Management in Institutions of Higher Learning from a Strategic Perspective

随着高等教育全球化与知识经济时代的到来,高等教育的内外部环境发生了很大的变化,高校的教学管理系统也在发生着深刻的组织重组、流程再造等变革,以应对新形势的挑战。高校应积极建立信息系统、操作系统和动力系统相互协调运作的教学管理运行机制,从而提高教学管理质量和效益。

With the globalization of higher education and the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, the internal and external environment of higher education has changed radically. Teaching management system of colleges and universities is also undergoing profound reorganization, process reconstruction, and other major changes to cope with the challenges of the times. This paper probes into the teaching management system of institutions of higher learning from a strategic perspective and suggests that an operational mechanism of teaching management should be devised to co-ordinate the information system, the operating system and the dynamic system, thereby improving the quality and efficiency of teaching management.
