摘要
针对流体动压指尖密封动态条件下泄漏量计算因计算量庞大而无法进行的问题,本文提出了基于等效模型的指尖密封动力学分析的思路,通过构建等效模型中等效参数和指尖密封结构和工况参数的关系,建立了用于流体动压指尖密封动力学分析的弹簧-质量-阻尼的等效动力学模型。基于此等效模型进行了流体动压指尖密封的动态分析,并根据动态计算结果进行了指尖密封的泄漏分析。通过与国外文献提供的指尖密封有限元仿真工作的对比,证明了指尖密封等效模型以及依据此模型进行的泄漏分析的可靠性和正确性。
Because of the calculational complexity, the padded finger seal cannot describe its leakage characteristics. In order to solve this problem, the relations among the dynamical parameters, the structure parameters, and the operation parameters in the system are obtained through simulation experiment in finite element method. Furthermore, a mass-spring-damp dynamical model of the padded finger seal system is proposed and its dynamic charaeteristies are analyzed with the model. Leakage ratio can be obtained from the dynamic results. Finally, the analysis method proposed in this paper is verified by the simulation data from Reference[3 ].
