摘要
为了减小叶片振动,在叶片缘板部位设置干摩擦阻尼器,以引入外加阻尼。本文介绍缘板干摩擦阻尼器叶片减振实验研究方法;针对带阻尼器的单叶片、双叶片,在3种激振力、9种正压力情况下,进行1阶弯曲、1阶扭转、2阶弯曲强迫振动实验;对试验结果进行分析,获得阻尼器对不同振型下振动响应和谐振频率的基本影响规律。实验结果表明:干摩擦阻尼器对1阶弯曲、1阶扭转振动有一定的减振效果;对2阶弯曲振动没有减振作用。
In order to decrease the vibration of a blade, a dry friction damper is installed on a blade platform to introduce attached damp. We carry out experimental study for decreasing the vibration of the blade with a dry friction damper on the platform of the blade. For a single blade or two blades with flat-panel-type platform dry-friction damper, in three types of excitation force and nine types of stress, the first-order bending vibration tests, the firstorder torsional vibration tests, and the second-order bending vibration tests of forced vibration are carried out, and data processing is finished. Experiments are carried out to investigate the deducting vibration effect of the dryfriction-damper on different vibration models. Results of tests indicate that the dry-friction damper has deducting vibration effect on the first-order bending vibration and the first-order torsional vibration, but no effect on the secondorder bending vibration.
