摘要
正确认识和处理以经济建设为中心与全面发展的关系,是当前在开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动中一个亟待解决的问题。"以经济建设为中心"的实质,不是"经济至上",更不是"经济唯一",而是强调要高度重视经济建设在社会全面进步和人的全面发展中的基础性作用。唯此,才能使二者内在地统一起来,从而纠正片面性,使科学发展观的要求落在实处。
The problem on the correct recognition and settlement of the relation between ＇ taking economic construction as center and overall development＇ is respected to be solved in a process of thorough study and practice of scientific development concept at present. The essence of idea of ＇taking economic construction as center＇, not regarded as ＇ dependence of economics＇ and ＇ uniqueness of economics＇, but emphasizes high attention of fundamental role of economic construction in the course of both social overall progress and personal all-around development. Then the two can inherently unified to correct one-sidedness and realize scientific development concept.
