摘要
我国财政在推进基本公共服务均等化方面仍然存在诸多问题。不断优化财政投资结构,完善财政转移支付制度,深化地方财政改革是非常必要的。
Some problems of China＇ s finance exist on such aspects as fundamental public service. It is necessary to increasingly optimize financial investment structure, perfect transfer payment system of finance and deepen local financial reform.
