人权视角下我国行政赔偿范围立法之检视与重构

Inspection and re-establishment of legislation of administrative compensation scope of our country from the perspective of human right

在检视我国现行行政赔偿范围立法的基础上,从行为范围、损害范围与权益范围等方面对扩大我国行政赔偿范围提出立法重构的设想。

On the basis of inspection of legislation of administrative compensation scope of our country, this paper puts forward the imagination of reestablishment of legislation of enlargement of administrative compensation scope of our country from the aspects of behaviour scope, damage scope and right scope, etc.
