新一轮基础教育课程改革倡导教师创造性地使用教材,从"教教材"走向"用教材教"。在这种教材的"二次开发"背景下,简要地论述了英语教材"二次开发"的含义、"二次开发"必要性和重要性、"二次开发"的主要途径。

The new reform of the basic education course advocates creatively using textbooks, that is, from ＂teaching textbooks to using textbooks＂. This paper, under the background of ＂second development＂ of textbooks, discusses the connotation, necessity and importance and main approach of second development.
