科学发展观的核心是"以人为本"。高等教育中的"以人为本",就是要在充分尊重学生的前提下以发挥学生的主体作用、培养学生的创新能力、促进学生全面发展为根本。课堂教学是贯彻落实"以人为本"的主渠道、主阵地。课堂教学中贯彻落实"以人为本"的几个方面必须统筹兼顾、缺一不可。
