马克思在《资本论》第三卷中卓有成效地运用了唯物辩证法,对资本主义制度下的利息及利息率问题进行了多方面、多层次的分析研究,为后人留下了辩证统一的、博大精深的利息理论。对马克思利息理论要继承和坚持,这是我们所依循的根本原则。但是,面对现代市场经济实践中所遇到的新情况、新问题,我们又不能按图索骥,而应结合实际,科学地认识和研究,对其加以丰富和发展。

In the third volume of 'Das Kapital', Marx used objective dialects effectively to give an all round analysis of interest and the rate of interest under the capitalist system, thus left his interest theory. It is the basic principle to inherit Marx's interest theory. But faced with new situation, new problem in contemporary market economic practice, we need to enrich and develop Marx's interest theory.
