摘要
目的探讨细胞周期素D1(cyclinD1)和P27在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用SP法对56例NSCLC进行cyclinD1和P27蛋白检测。结果cyclinD1和P27蛋白表达与NSCLC的组织分化程度、淋巴结转移和临床分期有关,且两者在NSCLC中的表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论cyclinD1的高表达和P27的低表达在NSCLC的发生发展中起重要作用,两者的联合检测有可能作为判断NSCLC恶性程度和预后的生物学指标。
Objective To investigate the expressions of cyclinD1 and P27 protein in non - small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） and their clinical significance. Methods 56 NSCLC were detected by immunohistochemical technique （streptavidin - peroxydase） for the expression of cyclinD1 and P27 protein. Results The expressions of P27 and cyclinD1 were closely related to the histodifferentiation, lymphatic metastasis and clinical stages. The expression of cyclinD1 was negatively correlated with that of P27 （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The high expression of P27 and low expression of cyclinD1 may play an important role in the pathogenesis and progression of NSCLC. Detection of cyclinD1 and P27 can be used as a biological marker to assess the malignancy and prognosis of NSCLC.
