摘要
目的建立乙酰水杨酸的快速合成方法。方法以水杨酸和乙酸酐为反应原料,采用不同的微波辐射功率、反应时间及原料摩尔配比等,以浓硫酸作催化剂合成乙酰水杨酸,了解这些因素对收率的影响。结果使用140 W的微波辐射功率,n(水杨酸)∶n(乙酸酐)=1∶2.0,5 g水杨酸中加0.36 g浓硫酸(为水杨酸质量的6%),反应时间为60 s时,反应效果最佳,产品收率为90.8%。结论微波辐射条件下乙酸水杨酸的快速合成法较传统方法有反应时间大大缩短、收率明显提高、减少能耗等优势。
Objective To probe into the feasibility of synthesizing acetylsalicylic acid under mcrowave radiation condition. Methods Salicylic acid and acetic anhydride were used as the raw materials, with concentrated sulfuric acid as the catalyst. The effects of microwave radiation power, reaction time, material molar ratio factors on yield were discussed. Results The optimal condition was as follows: the microwave radiation power was 140 W, the molar ratio of salicylic acid to acetic acid anhydride was 1: 2.0, the time of radiation was 60 s, in which perfect yield of 90.8% could be obtained. Conclusion The above method was superior to the traditional method due to shorten time, with the yield improved and energy consumption reduced.
