摘要
介绍了分段设计的原理和准则,针对垂直运输系统用永磁同步直线电动机的特点,选择以电磁推力和体积为目标函数建立数学模型,对单台电机进行优化设计,最后用随机搜索法得出优化结果。
The sectional optimization design was introduced principally including the sectional principle and criterion. To the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor for vertical hoist movement, the electromagnetic and volume were selected as objective function to establish the mathematical model. The single motor was designed by optimization method. The optimization result was obtained according to random search method.
