构建成都市社区志愿服务长效机制的调查与思考

Investigation and Consideration on the Construction of the Long-term Mechanism of Community Volunteer Service in Chengdu

目前,部分地区的社区志愿服务活动发展较快,但就全国而言,社区志愿服务发展状况很不平衡,公众对于志愿者、志愿活动的了解还不广泛,也不深刻,由此造成我国城市居民对社区志愿活动的参与意愿不强、参与率不高、参与的主动性差、持续时间较短等问题。文章以成都市各社区为调查点验证假设模型,提出了构建成都市社区志愿服务长效机制的具体解决办法。

At present, the community volunteer service develops rapidly in some areas. However, as far as the whole nation is concemed, its development is unbalanced. The public do not have a deep and comprehensive understanding of volunteer and volunteer activities, which causes problems, such as less desire for participation in community service, low participation rate, lack of participation initiative, short - time duration and so on. The thesis puts forward the concrete solution to the construction of the long - term mechanism of community volunteer service in Chengdu, in accord with the hypothesis verification model based on the research in each community in Chengdu.
