光皮木瓜多糖提取工艺的研究 被引量:7

摘要 以当年产新鲜光皮木瓜为原料,通过热水浸提法提取光皮木瓜多糖。考察了浸提时间、浸提温度、料水比、光皮木瓜干粉粒径等因素对多糖提取率的影响,并通过正交实验对浸提工艺参数进行了优化。结果表明,热水浸提法提取光皮木瓜多糖的最佳工艺条件为:浸提温度90℃,浸提时间6 h,料水比1∶70,光皮木瓜干粉粒径120目。在此条件下3次提取所得光皮木瓜粗多糖的平均提取率为12.33%,纯化后平均产率为9.1%。 The size Abstract : Polysaccharide was isolated effects of extraction time,extraction from fresh Chaen temperature of Chaenomeles sinensis powder on the yield of po ,mass lysacc omeles sinensis by hot water extraction technology. ratio of Chaenomeles sinensis to water, and particle haride were investigated. The result of statistical asize of Chaenomeles sinensis powder on the yield of polysaccharide were investigated. The result of statistical analysis showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:particle size of Chaenomeles sinensis powder was 120 mesh, mass ratio of Chaenomeles sinensis to water was 1 : 70,extraction temperature was 90℃ and extraction time was 6 h. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of crude polysaccharide was 12.33%. After purification, the yield of Chaenomeles sinensis polysaceharide of 9.1% was obtained.
