摘要
合成了一种含氮有机化合物JZH-1,采用失重法和电化学方法测定了其与丙炔醇复配时在盐酸溶液中对45#钢的缓蚀效果。结果表明,JZH-1与丙炔醇有很好的协同作用,该复配体可同时抑制45#钢在盐酸中腐蚀的阴极过程与阳极过程,有较好的缓蚀作用,是一种高效、混合型缓蚀剂。
An organic corrosion inhibitor containing nitrogen JZH-1 was synthesized. The synergistic effect of JZH-1 with propiolic alcohol on the corrosion inhibition of 45^# steel in 4 mol · L^-1 HCl was studied by weight loss measurement and electrochemical technique. From the investigation, it was showed that the inhibition efficiency was enhanced with the addition of a small amounts of propiolic alcohol. The study of potential dynamic polarization revealed that JZH-1 companied with propiolic alcohol could inhibit both the anodic and cathodic process of 45^# steel in hydrochloric acid and it was an effective mixed-type inhibitor.
