摘要
采用高分散法除氨技术对长岭分公司NH3-N废水进行了工业中试研究。确定了在应用过程中主要影响因素为污水pH值和气水比,优化参数为:pH值≥1 1.5,气水比1000~4000;脱氨效果好,二塔除氨效率≥9 0%,吸收液的(NH4)2SO4含量达1 4.9%,Na2O浓度达到回用于工业生产的要求。该技术对长岭催化剂NH3-N废水处理具有针对性。
High dispersing treatment of ammonia-nitrogen wastewater from Changling Division of SINOPEC Catalyst Company was studied. The result showed that this technology was affected by multiple factors in application. The main factors were pH value and the flow ratio of air to wastewater. Optimal efficiency was observed on ammonia removal when pH value was above 11.5 and the flow ratio of air to wastewater was between 1000 to 4000. The efficiency could be above 90% when two towers were used. The content of ammonia sulphate in absorbing liquid was 14.9% ,which met the industrial recycling standard. This technology was specific in treating the titled ammonia-nitrogen wastewater.
